How long will it take to receive my shed?

Shipping time will be out 3-4 weeks on a Made to Order Building.  In busy season’s delivery time could stretch out to 6 weeks. We have a GREAT SELECTION of stock buildings that are ready for a 2 week or less shipment time.

Will I be notified before you come with my shed?

Yes once your building will be Manufactured our delivery department will call to setup a delivery appointment normally 1-5 business days in advance.

How much Gravel should I put down for my shed?

We recommend putting down anywhere from 3″-6″  of gravel. You may also want to take out the sod that way your building wouldn’t be to high off the ground.

How do I make my deposit?

You can make your 500.00 dollar deposit by check  mailing it to Dakota Storage Buildings,LLC  P.O.Box 5  Milbank, SD 57252. We do also take Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for a 500.00 dollar deposit only. any amount over 500.00 we charge a service fee of 3%

Do I need a building Permit for my shed?

Yes most areas require a building permit anything larger than 120 square ft. Please check with your local building official what your  requirements are before ordering your building.

Would I be able to get shingle, paint, or vinyl siding samples?

Yes, please call our office, and request the color samples you need. We will be more than happy to mail them out for you.
